Program Support Officer

About the role:
The Program Support Officer is accountable to the Program Director, Digital Transformation and provides high-quality administrative, governance, operational and change support to the Board’s Business Transformation program. The role contributes to the effective coordination and delivery of the program by supporting governance processes; maintaining program documentation; coordinating meetings, communications and stakeholder engagement activities; assisting with change impact assessments; supporting financial and procurement activities and supporting business readiness and training initiatives to facilitate the successful implementation and adoption of a new digital solution across the agency.
The Program Support Officer is accountable to the Program Director, Digital Transformation for:
- Providing coordinated administrative and operational support across the Digital Transformation Program, including maintaining program registers, schedules, documentation and records and supporting program financial, procurement and logistical activities to enable effective program delivery.
- Supporting program governance activities including coordinating meetings and workshops, preparing agendas and papers, recording minutes (including actions and decisions), assisting with reporting and monitoring requirements and maintaining program governance documentation.
- Supporting change management activities by assisting with change impact assessments, business readiness initiatives, stakeholder communications and the development and coordination of training materials and activities.
- Building and maintaining productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication, coordinate activities and support the successful delivery and adoption of business transformation outcomes.
- Contributing to continuous improvement by applying sound judgement, strong organisational skills and established program support practices to coordinate activities, manage competing priorities, maintain accurate information, and support the successful delivery of business transformation outcomes.

About this exciting opportunity:
The Data Analyst provides specialist data analysis, profiling, quality assessment, and independent validation
capability within TRB’s Business Digital Transformation program.
The Data Analyst is accountable to the Program Director, Digital Transformation for:
- Independently profiling, assessing, and validating all in-scope legacy CRM data, and producing structured
validation reports that provide objective assurance on the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of migrated
data at each stage of the migration lifecycle. - Independently designing reconciliation controls and validation checks and delivering validation reports as
inputs to formal milestone sign-off. - Maintaining sufficient technical depth and migration knowledge across the full migration lifecycle —
including data mapping, ETL processes, and cutover activities — to provide continuity support for the Data
Lead’s responsibilities as required.
This role is offered at full time, at the ASO6 Level and for a short-term contract of 16 months - located in the
heart of the Adelaide CBD.
Salary is Administrative Services Stream (ASO), level 6 currently $105,747 pa - $111,854 pa.

About this exciting opportunity:
The Data Lead holds operational accountability for the critical data migration workstream within TRB’s Business Digital Transformation program. The Data Lead is accountable to the Program Director, Digital Transformation for:
- Providing comprehensive end-to-end management of the data migration process from the legacy Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to the new CRM platform.
- Providing specialist expertise across the full migration lifecycle, including data discovery, mapping, and quality assessment, followed by transformation, loading, testing, cutover execution, and post-migration validation.
- Exercising sound independent judgement and a high level of technical competence, while effectively identifying, managing, and mitigating data-related risks and issues within a complex, multi-stakeholder program environment.
This role is offered at full time, at the ASO7 Level and for a short-term contract of 18 months - located in the heart of the Adelaide CBD. Salary is Administrative Services Stream (ASO), level 7 currently $116,089 pa - $125,490 pa.
