Before lodging your application, you must provide proof of identity. We recommend uploading documents via the Teachers Portal using the Document Verification Service (DVS) for faster processing.

You will need:

■  1 x commencement (recommend Australian Birth Certificate or Passport)
■  1 x primary (recommend Australian Driver's license)
■  1 x secondary (recommend Medicare card)

One of the photographic identity documents (such as a Passport or Driver's Licence), must be certified by an authorised witness (list is available on the TRB website).
