Evidence of Professional Learning

You are required to retain evidence of your professional learning activities for a period of 12 months after the expiry of your current term of registration.

You will need to state the kind of evidence you have retained in your Professional Learning Record (see My Professional Learning History Tool in the Teachers Portal.) If you are audited, you will be asked to provide this information.

Please do not submit your actual pieces of evidence to the Board.

Examples of evidence you could keep:

  • Certificates
  • Study transcripts
  • Handwritten notes
  • Learning journal
  • Diary entry/reflection
  • Attendance record
  • Receipt/booking confirmation
  • Annotated resources
